Yarn Along

 
 
I am still working on the prayer shawl. It will take a month or two to finish, but that's all right.
I am happy with the choice of books. I am reading " The Broken Way" by Ann Voskamp and " The Seven Storey Mountain" by Thomas Merton. Highly recommend them :)

    Of Course! Here it comes :
    cast on 121 ( I am using 8 size needles )
    r1 knit
    r2 purl
    r3 *k3, p7,k2; rep from* to last st, k1.
    r4 *p3, k7, p3; rep from * to last st, p1.
    r5-8: rep rows 1-4
    r9 knit
    r10 purl
    r11 *p4, k5, p3; rep from * to last st, p1
    r12 *k4, p5, k3; rep from * to last st, k1
    r13-16 rep rows 9-12

    Then you work until you're satisfied with the length :)

      Thanks so much Kinga! I will try it as a scarf first, then perhaps attempt a prayer shawl.

      Hi Kinga - I think there is an error in Row 4.

      Should it read p3, k7, p2?

    Most likely! Sorry; yes on the wrong side you just follow the stitches.
